## Getting help

Contact support at **[api@handtextai.com](mailto:api@handtextai.com)** with:

* Your `X-Request-ID` header value (from the response)
* The endpoint you called
* A description of the issue
* Any error messages received

<Tip>
  The `X-Request-ID` header is included on every response. If you didn't provide one, the API generates it automatically. Save this value for debugging.
